Sweet Tooth seriously has some of the sweetest, friendliest staff ever! I’m a first time patient at STDL, and they were accommodating enough to schedule me in for an appointment, especially during the thick of the holidays — thanks Lucia! My hygienist (Judy) was so kind and even took the time to school me on the composition of healthy enamel and the effective techniques of flossing with a permanent retainer. She made my experience with the cleaning itself extremely smooth and gentle. Dr. Cooper was also wonderful to chat with, her presence is really warm and welcoming. Overall, I loved the energy of the space and left feeling so taken care of. Definitely plan to make this my regular spot. Can’t recommend it enough! ❤️ More

In addition to the top-notch care, I greatly appreciated the time she took to educate me on my gum health. She patiently explained the numerical system used to assess gum health, allowing me to better understand my own oral hygiene. Great dental office. I spent more time with the hygienist then the actual dentist, but the hygienists was amazing and very personable. They did a great job with the cleaning as well. The place is very sanitary and clean. I would highly recommend. It is a bit pricey for out of pocket though just FYI. More

Where we lived before I found a good one I was comfortable with so when moving my fear was having to find a new dentist. Well first visit and I already feel comfortable. This was my first visit here as I was in the market for a new dentist after a horrible experience at my previous dentist that left me with lock jaw because he tried to do too much in one visit; I am so ELATED to have chosen Sweet Tooth Dental Loft. I had the best experience I’ve ever had with Dr. Cooper’s office. Kim was was my dental hygienist. She carefully listened as I expressed my concerns. She reassured me and walked me through every step of the way. My gum was sensitive due to a crown falling off (not done at Sweet Tooth). Kim was very gentle and asked if i was ok several times. Shortly after my cleaning was done, Dr. Cooper came in. She was just as amazing as Kim. She took her time and explained next steps for an implant. She even shared her own experience. The check out process was fast. I know approximately how much I need to pay in the future. I would highly recommend this office. More
This establishment has top notch service in the bag! It’s in a cute area in downtown Frisco. Front desk was super friendly and funny! It’s clean and comfy and decor is nice. But once I made it to Kim, the dental assistant, she took it to a whole other level! Super attentive, informative and caring! She took the care to wipe down the X-ray vest after use and wore a mask the entire time! She made me feel really comfortable during my cleaning! There is a tv in front of you and once you lie down there is one above you-very cool! Dr. Cooper was very cool and stylish if I must say! She was easy going and informative! I had to have a deep cleaning since it had been a while between visits due to the pandemic . She took great care when administering the numbing shots for the cleaning which was greatly appreciated. Love everything about Sweet Tooth Dental Loft ! The set up and decor is super cute and fancy! I was so impressed with the flat screen TVs at every angle and the massage chair during my cleaning.The ENTIRE staff is so sweet and kind! I had to bring my 8 month daughter with me to my appointment and was so embarrassed when she started to get fussy in her stroller instead of sleeping like I hoped. But everyone was willing to entertain her during my appointment! They literally talked with her, walked her around and played with her while I got my teeth cleaned. How sweet!? More

I went here this morning for the first time and was impressed with the modern, clean lobby. I filled out a few forms and I was seen in a timely manner. (Something great, considering I've waited hours at other offices, only to be rescheduled). I just had a routine teeth cleaning done but had an enjoyable experience with the technician. The doctor was friendly and I didn't have to wait long to see her. Totally recommend for anyone looking for someone new or an office to switch to. More

They’re simply awesome. I hate having any dental work done. I’m so where between a nervous patient and a phobic patient. I never feel bad asking for what I need here. They make me feel really good. In fact, I used to have insomnia the night before seeing a dentist, even for a routine cleaning. That stopped since going to Sweet Tooth. I don’t love going to the dentist, but at least it doesn’t fill me with terror and dread anymore. Also, this has led to me going more frequently, as I should have been my whole life, which has in turn led to improvements in my gums overall. Yay!!! More

Right before I found out our family was moving due to a promotion, I’d found a great dentist. So here I was in north Dallas, needing a cleaning. I’m ashamed to say it, but I totally skipped a cleaning because I was so scared to start over. My neighbor recommended Dr. Cooper at Sweet Tooth Dental Loft, and after a serious conversation with her 7-year-old daughter, who doesn’t like dental visits but assured me she liked Dr. Cooper, I made an appointment. That was two years ago, and I’m still going! Her dental assistants are super nice and don’t try to shred your gums with floss. Actually, I’ve never felt any discomfort during my cleanings. I’ve also had a filling replaced (it fell off) and, sadly, an extraction because my crown cracked and there wasn’t enough tooth to save. These are serious procedures to me, but Dr. Cooper chatted and made me feel comfortable with the help of some nitrous oxide. I’ve also come in between visits, once for pain after the extraction and once because I thought I had a cavity. Both times they got me in the same day, which I don’t know how they pulled that off since it’s always super busy. One last thing, Dr. Cooper is very conservative. She’s always going to err on the side of cautious treatment instead of doing unnecessary procedures. Great dentist and a wonderful practice! More

For the past two years, Dr. Cooper and her dental hygienists have provided my wife and me excellent dental care. The receptionist has helped us to understand the coverage in our dental plan. Our appointments begin promptly; xrays, cleaning and polishing is efficient. Dr. Cooper has excellent chairside manner; she explains changes in our teeth and brushing and flossing techniques to ensure that we have healthy teeth and gums. My wife and I recently had our six month checkups and were again very impressed with the professional expertise, care and courtesy exhibited by Dr. Cooper and her staff. They study our charts to remind themselves of the results of past x-rays and treatments and answer our questions and offer practical advise on brushing, flossing and using water picks. More

Sweet Tooth Dental Loft is the best dental practice at which I have been a patient in the last 30 years! For the past two years, Dr. Cooper and her dental hygienists have provided my wife and me excellent dental care. The receptionist has helped us to understand the coverage in our dental plan. Our appointments begin promptly; xrays, cleaning and polishing is efficient. Dr. Cooper has excellent chairside manner; she explains changes in our teeth and brushing and flossing techniques to ensure that we have healthy teeth and gums.My wife and I recently had our six month checkups and were again very impressed with the professional expertise, care and courtesy exhibited by Dr. Cooper and her staff. They study our charts to remind themselves of the results of past x-rays and treatments and answer our questions and offer practical advise on brushing, flossing and using water picks. More

I have been a patient at Sweet Tooth Dental Loft for about three years. The staff and dentist are always so friendly and courteous; from the receptionist to each hygienist I have had nothing but excellent interactions. What made me want to write a review after being a client for so long was after my last cleaning my hygienist called me. The cleaning the day before was a little painful and she took the time to call and check to see how my gums were feeling. That is EXCELLENT customer service. While I know she could not do anything thing to alleviate any pain (all of which was gone) it spoke volumes that she would call just to let me know she was thinking about me. Thanks! More
I am so glad we found this office. I took my 2 girls for exams, cleanings, and a wisdom teeth consult. They were examined by Dr Camille. The whole office treated them like family to say the least. They scheduled around all of our excessive activities, and our schedule is really crazy. They gave us a referral to the BEST dentist in the world - Dr. Ornstein - for removing my oldest daughter's wisdom teeth; and they did not try to find excuses for more treatment like so many other dentist have done after realizing we have extremely good insurance coverage. I cannot say enough about the team at Sweet'. This is the best experience I have ever had with my daughters' dental issues. Thank you guys so much. More

I hadn't been to the dentist in 8 years when I had the worst toothache of my life last October. Dr. Cooper was incredibly patient and didn't make me feel like crap for waiting so long. She's so friendly, you almost forget why you're there in the first place. The office is adorable, the staff is so friendly, it really was such a great experience. I went back today for my 6 month cleaning (never thought I'd go to the dentist again, let alone twice in 6 months) and had an equally great experience. I've referred several friends who have a fear of dentists because Dr. Cooper and her staff are so wonderful. Will go back as long as she's here More
We took our 4 year old in for a checkup/cleaning. They are very gentle, no tears and did a great job. I also went in on a separate visit for a cleaning. I was very pleased with the entire process ( ease of scheduling, online medical forms to avoid delays at the office, quality of work, atmosphere, etc). Dr. Cooper and her staff are wonderful! My cleaning was very thorough and gentle. With my insurance changing I had to find a new dentist after 20+ years of going to the same one. Let me just say that I'm glad my insurance changed. Highly recommend Dr. Cooper !! More

Found out in early 2014 that our choice of dental insurance, Sweet Tooth Dental was not a provider. Our family was discourage with several attempts to find a new dentist; although our insurance was accepted we didn't find the comfort or trust levels that we had experienced at Sweet Tooth Dental. So, we made a decisoin to pay cash for cleaning and any work that was in immediate need for 2014 so we could return to Dr. Cooper and her staff. We will be sure to elect the proper dental coverage fduring my company's October Insurance selection for the calendar year 2015 in order to have my family taken care of by a true professional with an excellent staff. Very clean! I work in a dental office myself and I am very aware of the Doctor who puts emphasis on presentation of their space. Not only is it stylish it is pristine in all areas. Every person I came in contact with there was friendly and helpful. Dr. Cooper was thorough and educated me on my options for restorative procedures like I was hoping she would. They have the latest in technology and Dr. Cooper is at the top of her game. Got to give a shout out to the hygienist she was really gentle and has a very caring personality. In every way it was a fantastic experience. My children are going back next week for a cleaning and I'm having work done as well! You won't find a better place to go in the metroplex! More

The assistant who cleaned my teeth and Dr. Cooper eased my concerns by explaining the procedures and providing headphones that neutralized the high pitched sounds of the cleaning and buffing devices.. Great Dentist! The staff and dentist are very friendly and professional. Dr. Cooper is very thorough and was gentle with my cleaning and filling. I am usually very nervous at the dentist but they made me fill at ease. They have two flat screens you can watch,one on the ceiling and one in front of you which I thought was nice. Oh and they even give you goggles to keep the water and debris from getting in your eyes. More
